GPs in training
Our GPs provide support and mentorship for doctors training in general practice so it is possible that you may be offered an appointment with one of these junior colleagues. You will be made aware at the time of your booking that the doctor suggested is in training. At all times these doctors will be supervised by one of our experienced GPs so you can be confident in their care.
If you prefer not to be seen by one of these doctors please let reception know and you will be booked with another clinician.
Please note that if you are seen by a doctor in training you may be asked to consent to your consultation being recorded. This is a very important component of training. If you choose not to give your consent, your wishes will be respected and your care will not be affected in any way.
